ARE YOU A LANDLORD OR RENTER?
If you are a landlord in Dana Ranch, you must provide your tenants with the CC&Rs and Rules. If you are a tenant, you should be knowledgeable of the CC&R’s and Rules. For more information, go to danaranchmesa.com, Documents Tab.
Note: Refer to Rule U regarding short-term leases.
ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES
Any modifications to your home or landscaping need prior approval by the Board of Directors Architectural Review Committee. Homeowners may obtain an Architectural Change Request Form here.
PAINT COLOR SCHEMES
Only approved Dunn-Edwards paint colors can be used for exterior painting.
Approved colors can be found here. Any of the approved colors can be used for body or trim, even if they are not part of a scheme.
Please remember all pets must be on their leash in the community!
